TreeEra helps us reduce our carbon footprint and combat the effects of climate change by community-funding the planting of trees.

Each time we turn on our hair dryers, we are planting tree’s in North and South America to help us combat carbon emissions to the atmosphere. In Mexico alone, we have lost over 9.2% of tree cover since 2000. Our goal is to help maintain our beautiful home. Source - Global Forest Watch

Our bar is committed to responsible sourcing, purchasing only what we will use and ensuring that we offer the finest products available in the region. We have implemented policies and procedures that minimize food waste, and any unused perishables are generously donated to our community of homeless and needy individuals. Additionally, we actively recycle all aluminum, glass, and plastic products used daily, making weekly trips to the recycling plant outside the city limits to contribute to a cleaner environment

At SALON SOL, our commitment to sustainability extends to recycling and repurposing waste in innovative ways. We collect and recycle hair clippings, transforming them into hair buoys that help clean up marine oil spills in our oceans. We also recycle aluminum products, from color tubes to hair foils, which will be repurposed to build bikes for children in need. Our dedication to sustainability goes even further; we exclusively use sustainably grown and derived products. The ingredients and hair products we offer are not only organic and natural but also cultivated in solar-powered greenhouses and production facilities, ensuring that our practices contribute positively to both our community and the planet.
